Evening Flow

Monday
5:30 – 6:30pm
Walberswick
Village Hall

A gentle somatic guided class designed to soften, settle and reconnect you with your inner rhythm. Through slow, intuitive movement, breath awareness and deep, nourishing stretches, you’ll be invited to turn inward — releasing tension and meeting your body with curiosity and care.

With an emphasis on fluid transitions and embodied presence, the practice becomes a moving meditation: a space to feel rather than perform, to follow sensation rather than form.

This calming wind-down is an invitation to pause, attune, and restore. Suitable for all levels, it's your time to move slowly, breathe deeply and come home to yourself.

All are welcome.

Morning Flow

Start your day with a mindful Daoist Flow to awaken and energise from within. This gentle class uses spacious, fluid movement to open the spine, hips and shoulders, guided by the breath. You'll be encouraged to feel rather than force, allowing energy to flow and tension to release.

Adaptable poses support presence and stability, ending with deep rest to absorb the benefits. Ideal for those with some yoga or movement experience, looking to begin the day calm, clear and revitalised.

Suitable for all levels.

A dynamic, breath-led practice that weaves movement, breath and awareness into a fluid, mindful experience. Rooted in somatic principles rather than rigid alignment, these classes invite you to move from the inside out, cultivating strength, ease and a deeper connection with your body.

Walberswick
Village Hall

Experience an uplifting yet calming, slow-paced yoga practice blending Daoist principles with Qiqong, Vinyasa and infused with somatic awareness to gently unite breath and movement.

This class invites you to tune into the felt sense of the body, exploring areas of tension with curiosity and compassion. Through mindful movement and breath, we support the release of stress and cultivate deep relaxation for the mind, body and soul.

Whether you're beginning your yoga journey or looking to explore more depth in your practice, this class is open and accessible to all levels.

Everyone is welcome.

At any point during the class, if you feel any discomfort or strain, ease out of the posture carefully. You're welcome to rest whenever you need to. In yoga, it's essential to listen to your body and honour its limits, just as they are today.
