A SPACE TO RECONNECT

natalie-grainger-8uB5kFKWWkk-unsplash.jpg

This is a space to come home to yourself—through breath, movement and mindful presence.

Rooted in yoga and enriched with Daoist principles, somatics and qigong, the practice invites you to move intuitively, breathe with awareness and listen deeply to your body, attuning to the rhythms of nature and the cycles that flow within and around us.

There’s no need to be flexible or experienced—just a willingness to show up and feel what’s here.

Over time, these simple tools—inquiry, movement, breath and stillness—can gently reshape how you feel in your body and how you relate to the world.

It’s not about how it looks—it’s about how it feels.

Strength emerges through softness. Trust grows through sensing and listening within. It’s a gentle return to the body, to presence, to yourself.

Wisdom, happiness and courage are not waiting somewhere out beyond sight at the end of a straight line; they’re part of a continuous cycle that begins right here. They’re not only the ending, but the beginning as well.

Lovely words

A fabulous hour of movement,
stretching mindfulness.

~ Shaun M.

Emilie’s intention was very present and very kind. You could feel she was communicating a personal truth. I actually had a really beautiful emotional experience of connectedness that I don’t usually get. I think it’s because she very explicitly connects breath to movement.

I love both Emilie’s Rise & Shine and Slow Flow yoga classes, depending on how I’m feeling, whether in need of energising or gentle yoga after a busy few days. A great way to start the morning with the added bonus of walking or cycling to class. An hour spent on the mat being guided by Emilie’s soothing voice and instruction is a joy. I would highly recommend Emilie’s classes to anyone keen to practice yoga, as a beginner or at any level.

I feel so connected and at peace during Emilie’s class. Thank you for sharing your gift with us!

Any anxiety that I’d be the only yoga novice in the room was quickly dispelled by the serene, non competitive spirit of this life enhancing class. Emily explains each move slowly and clearly so it easy to follow and plus I really feel it’s really doing me good!
